Keely Smith Exhibit
Step into the remarkable world of legendary vocalist Keely Smith through two exhibits that celebrate her extraordinary life and career. The Jazz Loft is home to Smith’s complete music archives, including more than 500 arrangements from her recordings and live performances, featuring charts by renowned arrangers Nelson Riddle, Billy May, and other iconic Hollywood composers.
Among the exhibit’s treasures are recreations of Keely Smith’s Las Vegas living room, her custom-made Baby Grand piano, vintage hi-fi system, furniture, gowns, fur coat, photographs, and sheet music. Visitors can also view her first Grammy Award, earned in 1958 for That Old Black Magic, the classic recording she made with her husband and musical partner, Louis Prima.
