Swing into Spring

The arrival of spring in Stony Brook brings more than warm breezes and the return of the ospreys — it brings jazz music to every corner of the village. Each March, The Jazz Loft’s annual Swing Into Spring Festival transforms the community into a lively celebration of music, culture, and connection.

The multi-day festival features live jazz performances throughout Stony Brook Village, including outdoor concerts on the Village lawn, performances at The Jazz Loft, and music at restaurants and gathering spaces throughout the historic district. Since its debut in 2017, Swing Into Spring has drawn music lovers and visitors from across the region, filling the streets with the sounds of jazz and the spirit of community.
